Some people even claim that abstaining from red meats or all meats entirely will help achieve mindfulness, but this is up for debate. Regardless, rewarding your mind with healthy food options and implementing certain natural herbs and vitamins will certainly make your mindful practices more beneficial, both mentally and physically.
